These terms govern your use of lewindsormontreal.com (the “Site”), operated by 9055-7232 Québec Inc., doing business as Le Windsor Ballrooms (“Le Windsor”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about Le Windsor Ballrooms and our services. You may browse it, request information, book a tour and contact us about events. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with it.
2. Event information and bookings
Descriptions, capacities, photographs and other details on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Submitting an enquiry or booking a tour does not reserve a date or create a contract. Every event at Le Windsor is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Tour bookings
Tours are scheduled through a third-party booking service. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We may reschedule a tour when necessary and will contact you if we do.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, films, virtual tours, logos and design, belongs to Le Windsor or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our prior written consent.
5. Photographs, films and testimonials
Images, films and testimonials of real events appear with the permission of the people featured. If you appear on the Site and would like content removed, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Le Windsor is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
